Bristol Pride Festival

BRISTOL PRIDE FESTIVAL Sat 8 July 2017 from 12:00 pm

This year's festival will be headlined by pop rock band BUSTED and other artists already announced include Ru Paul Drag Race star Charlie Hides, Saara Aalto, Dr Meaker, Sonia, Union J, Jennifer Paige, Charlotte Church's Late Night Pop Dungeon, Jordan Gray, Britains Got Talent's Danny Beard, Drag With No Name, Sing Out Bristol, J'Adele and DJ's Horse Meat Disco with many more acts to be announced.

Bristol's biggest and boldest festival returns to the Amphitheatre and At-Bristol's Millennium Square this summer for an exciting celebration of community, diversity and equality. One of Bristol's biggest festivals and one of the largest Pride events in the UK expect a fun packed day of entertainment across 3 stages including the new Dance Performance stage on Millennium Square along with community stalls, markets and Expos, local food stalls and disco dodge ball games arena.

Entry to Pride is by a suggested £3 donation but if you get a supporter wristband for from £5 you are supporting the festival to happen and can save money on the day with great festival offers including money off at the bars and free bus travel on Pride Day** all while helping to make this unfunded event happen.

Bristol Pride is a registered charity (1166817) organised by volunteers from the community, working all year round Pride challenges homophobia, biphobia and transphobia across the region and promotes equality & diversity, for all, through various events including school visits, consultation services and lobbying. The Pride festival and your donations ensure this work can happen throughout the year.

On Friday 7 July pre Pride Day the incredible BELINDA CARLISLE performs with her band and will also be joined by Walking on Sunshine singer and Eurovision winner KATRINA [of The Waves] and electro pop duo AVEC SANS. Pride Afterparty at The O2 Academy: REVOLUTION.
The official Pride Afterparty in the O2 Academy. 3 rooms showcasing local, national and international DJs. With CCLPD expect something very special from this live PA PLUS the return of Horse Meat Disco. Unfortunately Charlotte Church has had to pull out of her performance because of personal reasons - but some exciting acts will be announced soon to perform in her stead.

Everyone will be asked for a £3 donation on Pride Day but you can help support the Festival and access fantastic rewards with a Pride Supporter Wristband. For just £5 you can support Pride and get discounted local travel, FREE Bus Travel on Pride Day**, discounts onsite with food traders and money off at the festival bars.
You need a wristband to bring alcohol onsite, limits apply. No wristband, no carry on.
